WELCOME TO OUR BUILDING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT
We work to meet all of your needs for Building, Zoning, nuisance and code enforcement. We operate as a full-service, full-time department Monday – Friday. Your Building, Zoning, and Ordinance Enforcement Office serves our community with knowledge and experience. We will answer all your building questions and zoning concerns and in many cases meet you at your home to discuss the issues in the field. We will instruct you on code requirements and ordinance stipulations and assist you in the compliance of each. We utilize part-time mechanical, plumbing and electrical inspectors all of which will assist you in your project.
Our permit applications are available on this site so that you may print them at your convenience and complete them before you reach our office. In addition, our Zoning Manual is also online and can answer most questions as to zoning and ordinance requirements. As always, feel free to contact us with any additional questions you may have.
