Present: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly Guests: 7Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve Agenda as presented with the following additions: 7) approval of Meeting minutes to include July 13th, Special Meeting Minutes and 12 c) Submit Master Plan for approval for Comments.All ayes. Motion carried. Public Comments: noneBoard Comments: Lewis had donation of Disc GolfApproval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to approve the Minutes from July 13th Special Meeting and July 15th Regular Meeting. All ayes. Motion carried. Financial Report: Presented by Bassi. Budget Report: Presented by Lewis. Presentation of Bills: Motion by Kocher supported by Morel to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried. MDOT Stoplight Replacement Update-Sidewalk work: Work is scheduled to start on Monday. Zoning Ordinance Update: Zoning ordinance book update has been sent to the County for review and will come to us in September for final approval. Master Plan Update: Master Plan will be coming to the board in 63 days for final approval. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.Private Road Maint Contract: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to award the Private Road Maintance Agreement for 2026-2028 to Jeff Streeter in the amount of 62740.00 per year. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried. Downtown Sidewalk Replace/Repair-Hunt Brothers: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve the quote from Hunt Brothers to Replace and Repair some parts of the sidewalk in town and the Senior Center in the amount of $13,490.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.Master Plan for Public Comment: Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to approve the Master Plan for Public Comment which will come back to us in 63 days for final approval. Community Center Prices: Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to raise the Community Center Prices as follows starting October 1st, 2026.
