Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations. Board of Trustees must approve any exceptions.
To qualify for the Resident rate for hall rental, the renter must be a Plainfield Township resident or property owner. They must be renting the hall for themselves, his/her daughter or son, parent or grandparent. Driver’s license, voter registration or property tax roll will be used to verify residency. All others are considered to be non-residents.

Rent due thirty (30) days before the event. Any additional fees are due with the rent 30 days prior to the event.
Tables and chairs will no longer leave the building.
