Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. 8 Guests:
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to accept Agenda as presented. All Ayes: Motion carried.
Public Comment: 2 People spoke.
Board Comments: Allen asked about the board walk out to Mud Lake. It needs repair.
Houthoofd mentioned our Website needs updating
Bassi asked board to consider holding back Waste Cards for residents on Leased Land whose taxes have not been paid. Board agreed.
Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to hold back Waste Cards from residents on leased land whose taxes have not been paid. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to accept minutes from May 15th, 2024. All ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.
Budget Report and Budget Amendment: Presented by Lewis. Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to approve Resolution to amend the budget as follows:
