Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly 8 guests
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve Agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Public Comment: none
Board Comments: Bassi commented that gym memberships are at 518 and 238 of those are fitness room passes. Lewis is looking at possible Inspector fee change and he wanted to make the Board aware that the Hale Senior Center Lease is coming up in a few years.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to approve minutes from Regular Meeting June 18th, 2025. All ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Kocher supported by Morel to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Canopy Relocation and Enclosure for Excavator: Lewis would like to move the back canopy cover to the cemetery, put on an addition and door to store the excavator.
Tube installation at park: Lewis stated he is looking at putting tubes in between the Long Lake Board Launch and Park.
Zoning Ordinance Update Minimum Square Foot Change. Planning Commission is looking at changing the minimum square feet required on a dwelling.
Fire Contracts for Hill Twp, Grant Twp and Goodar Twp: Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to accept the Fire Contracts for Hill, Grant and Goodar Township.

Waste Card additions: The following parcels have been asked to be added to the Waste Roll starting with the Winter tax season.

Library Carpet Replacement: Motion by Kocher supported by Bassi to approve the purchase of carpet for the library in the amount of $9050.000. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Fire Department Addition: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to accept Kyle Mick into the Fire Department. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
