Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda:  Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to approve Agenda as presented with the following additions. 

Approval of Minutes add Special Meeting on June 19^th, 2026, and add under New Business a) Earned Sick Time Policy Correction

All ayes. Motion carried.

Approval of Minutes:  Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve the Minutes from Regular Meeting June 17^th, 2026 and Special Meeting June 19^th, 2026.  All ayes.  Motion carried.

Library-Historical Update:  Library all up and running at Eagle Pointe Plaza.  Plan to move Historical in the Fall.

MDOT Stop Light Replacement Update-Sidewalk work:  Light work will be starting soon and Lewis going to check with Hunts on some sidewalk repair while they are doing the sidewalks for MDOT. 

Earned Sick Time Policy Change:  Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to add the following change to the Township Policy about Sick Time for Part Time Employees.  (See attached).

Roll call vote:  Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none. Motion carried.

Committee-Dept Reports: Planning Commission finished Ordinance Book.  Lewis has meeting tomorrow with Hydro Purchase about the dams. 

Motion by Bassi to adjourn at 6:04 pm.  All ayes. Motion carried.
