Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 6:30 pm followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and   Reilly                            Guests:  6

Approval of Agenda:  Motion by Morel supported by Bassi to approve Agenda as presented with following additions.

Public Comments:  none

Board Comments:  Reilly commented on the new décor in the showcases.  Lewis thanked the Thayers for helping out Historical Commission.

Approval of Minutes:  Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to approve minutes of Regular Meeting January 15th, 2025. Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Budget Amendment:  Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve Budget Amendment as follows.

Budget Discussion:  A few board members had questions.

Holiday 2025-2026 approval:  Motion by Reilly supported by Lewis to approve Holiday Schedule for 2025-2026 with changes.   Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Kocher, Lewis,  and Reilly.  Nays: Bassi and Morel.  Motion carried.

2025 Wage Resolutions-Elected Officials:

Motion by Kocher supported by Morel that as of April 1st, 2025 the salary of the office of Supervisor shall be $42,553.92 per year, payable bi-weekly.  Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis that as of April 1st, 2025 the salary of the office of Clerk shall be $40,560.00 per year, payable bi-weekly.   Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Motion by Reilly supported by Lewis that as of April 1st, 2025 the salary of the office of Treasurer shall be $40,560.00 per year, payable bi-weekly.  . Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Motion by Lewis supported by Reilly that as of April 1st, 2025 the salary of the office of Trustee shall be $6219.20 per year, payable bi-weekly.  . Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Dave Kalush Contract:  Motion by Lewis supported by Reilly to renew IT Contract with Dave Kalush, Sixty Lakes Net in the amount of $2600.00 for the 2025 year.  . Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Motion to allow LLPOA to control geese on Long Lake:  Motion by Lewis supported by Kocher to allow Long Lake Property Owners Association to control geese on Long Lake for a period of 5 years from 2025 through and including 2029. . Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly.  Nays: none.  Motion carried.

Committee-Department Reports: Planning Commission has had to cancel last two meetings due to weather.  Rescheduled for Feb 26th, 2025.  Chandra has been working on Spring Break “Staycation”  Lewis working on specs for new outdoor pickleball courts.  County will be moving snow on Friday from town.  

Motion by Bassi to adjourn at 7:30 pm.
