Plainfield Township

Special Meeting

March 16^th, 2020

Eagle Pointe Plaza

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 8:30 am followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present:  Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly          Absent:  Allen         Guests: none

Agreed by the board that we close down the Rec center and Township Offices until further notice.  West Wing Businesses will be responsible for their own hours.   Library will also be closed.  Waste Site will remain open with customers taking care of their own garbage and not allowing large items until further notice.  Cemetery burials will take place as usual.  Reilly will call Buresh to see where they stand with funerals.  We will still be having our regular board meeting on Wednesday, March 18^th, with a limited agenda. 

Bassi said her office will be closed.  She will check her emails and voicemails daily.  Reilly will be in her office to do daily work on an on and off  basis.  Fred will be in his office periodically also. 

Motion by Reilly to adjourn at 9:10 am.   All ayes.  Motion carried
