Wednesday, June 20th, 2020

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly Guests: 6

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve Agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion approved.

Public Comments: None

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to approve minutes from May 20th, 2020 regular minutes and June 1st ,2020 special meeting. All Ayes. Motion approved.

Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.

Budget Report and Amendment:
Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to open 2020-2021 Public Hearing @ 6:36 pm.
A few residents from Londo Lake questioned they thought taxes were going up. Lewis explained they were not. All Ayes: Motion carried.
Motion by Houthoof supported by Bassi to close 2020-2021 Public hearing at 6:51 pm. All ayes. Motion carried.

Adopt General Appropriation Act for 2020-2021 Budget: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve General Appropriation Act for 2020-2021 Budget. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

2019-2020 Budget Report and Amendments: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to accept the 2019-2020 Budget Report and Amendments. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Presentation of Bills: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to accept the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Scott Frank Presentation: Scott Frank gave presentation on his bid for Sheriff.

Sewer Quarterly Bill Waiver: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to waive 2nd Quarter sewer billing due to Covid 19 shutdown. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

July 4th Parade and Fireworks: July 4th Parade will be held on Saturday July 4th, 2020 at noon. The fireworks will be held on Friday July 3rd at dusk and a raindate of Sunday, July 5th.

Waste Site Use Information: Waste Site usage has increased tremendously during the pandemic.

Kokosing Road Shoulder Grant Approval: Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to approve $16000.00 and try for $5000 grant to add 2 inches onto Kokosing Road from Bike Path entrance to Lakeside Blvd to make a 5 foot addition onto Kokosing Road for Bike travel. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Approve Main Street Site Plan: Motion by Reilly supported by Allen to approve enclosing outside seating with the provision that the storage container BEFORE construction can begin on the enclosure. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Board Comments: Board would like to see Tammy Fall-Assessor to set hourly-daily schedule with Townhip.

Motion by Lewis to adjourn at 7:38 p.m. All Ayes. Motion carried.
