Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve Agenda with following additions; Old Business add #3 Assessors Contract and New Business add #3 Summer tax Collection, no changeand #4 Harrys Coney Island Personal Property Tax All Ayes: Motion carried.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Bassi to accept Minutes from December 16th, 2020 Regular Meeting and December 30th, 2020 Special Meeting Minutes.

Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to pay bills as presented, with the following changes. Cheryl’s reimbursement for insurance should of came out of Library not General fund.

Bass Lake Weed Treatment Contract : Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve Bass Lake Weed Treatment Contract with Savin Lake Services to an additional 3 years at same rate. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Chain Lake and Indian Lake Weed Treatment Affirmation. Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to approve Chain Lake and Indian Lake Weed Treatment with Savin Lake Services holding same rates for 1 year. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Assessors Contract: Motion by Reilly supported by Houthoofd to approve Assessor Contract for 10 months starting January 1st at $55,000.00 a year and adding the word professional in front of manner under Article 1, section 1.01, section B to read” {rpvode services as an Assessor to the Township in a professional manner and schedule as approved by the Township Supervisor. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
March Board of Review Dates: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to set Board of Review dates as follows: Organizational meeting March 2, 2021 at 9 a.m., March 8th, 2021 from 9am to 4 pm and March 9th, 2021 1 pm to 4 pm and 6pm to 9 pm. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Gypsy Moth Report and Proposal Update: Waiting on estimates.
Summer Tax : Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve School Contract to approve Summer Taxes. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Harrys Coney Island Personnel Property Tax: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to remove Harrys Coney Island from Personnel Property Roll. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
