Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 6:30 pm followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Bassi, Kocher, Morel, Lewis and Reilly Guests: 9

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to accept the Agenda as presented. All ayes. Motion carried.

Public Comment: none

Board Comments: Lewis attended the Scenic Byway Meeting
Senior Citizen center would like to share the Fire Department Dumpster.
Bassi wanted to remind everyone of the Christmas Light Parade on December 13th.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to accept the Minutes of Regular Meeting October 15th, 2025. All ayes. Motion carried.

Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.

Library Move Update: We had to get on the schedule for the line to be run for the internet thru the company that the library uses, Merritt Data Services and that may take 6-9 months so the transition is on hold until probably Spring.

County Recycling Event: The County will be having a Recycling Event on Saturday November 22nd in Whittemore from 11-1 pm.

Winter Projects: Lewis would like to purchase new water barrels with pumps for the Garden Club. We also need to think about Summer Banners. There are trees that need major pruning and some trees will need to come down at the light where the new stop lights will be installed. Reilly would like to see about purchasing those barrels and pumps locally thru Hale Hardware or Bernard Building Center.

Waste Card Additions to the Roll: none

Historical 250 Grant Support: Historical is looking into a Grant. Board agrees to help if they need matching funds.

Hale and UP the Track Book Printing: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to get 100 copies of the book printed in the amount of $2500.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Morel, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Township Facebook and Website updates 2026: Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to have Sixty Lakes Net to update the Website and Township Facebook for the one time fee of $520.00 and yearly fee of $340.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Morel, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Autism Board Presentation: Motion by Morel supported by Bassi to accept the Austism Communication Board for our Township Park presented by Calvin and Nicole Trevarrow.
Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Morel, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried

MISAIL GIS Imagery by UP 2026: Lewis will be getting more info on this at a later date.

Fire Department Turnout Gear Purchase: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve the purchase of 10 sets of Turnout Gear in the amount of $33,150.00 from Allied Fire Sales. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Morel, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Committee Department Reports: Fire Department still has a few doing the Fire I and II classes.

Motion by Bassi to adjourn at 7:30. All ayes. Motion carried.
