Regular meeting
August 13, 2025
- Called to order by Olmsteadat 6:30p.m.
- Pledge of allegiance was said by all present.
- Roll Call:
a. Present: Houthoofd,McDonell, Toth,Olmstead,Johnson,
b. Absent: Heal, Morell - Guest: Patrick Ready, Zoning Administrator; NEMCOG representative, Fred Boynton
- Approval of Agenda:
a. Motion by Houthoofd andseconded by TothMotion carried byvoice, all ayes. - Approval of Minutes: Motion by Toth, seconded byJohsonto approve theJune 11, 2025minutes with correction of Mcdonellopened meeting not Olmstead. Motion carried by voice, all ayes.
- Township board report: Patrick: taxes getting paid and passing out maps. Library will start moving next week. Our meetings will be moved while transition is taking place.
- ZBA Report: Toth: no report:
- Community comments or questions:Fred Boynton wanted permits for loon lake marina. Swim beach is park property. Asked if Fred has a survey to see if marina is on his property. Directed to DNR and Egle. There was an incidentlast spring, when he was attacked by a dog. We cannot enforce. Don will bring to board
