Meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to accept the Agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion carried.-Kocher absent.
Public Comment: 2 people spoke.
Board Comments: Lewis commented on the Dams.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to approve the Minutes from May 21st, 2025 Regular Meeting. All ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Approval of Bills: Motion by Kocher supported by Morel to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Traffic Light Update: Lewis says the state will be making changes to several traffic lights in the area, with ours in town being one of them.
Library-Historical Move: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to move the Library to Eagle Pointe Plaza and move the Historical into the Resource Center. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: Morel. Motion carried.
Waste Card addition: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to approve the Parcel # 070-003-100-012-12 to the Waste Card Roll for 2025-26. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Fire Dept Fan Purchase: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to approve the purchase of a Battery Powered Large Fan in the amount of $5815.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Fire Dept Addition: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to accept Hailey Fenslau as new Medical First Responder. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
New Fire Dept Officers: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to accept Kristopher Franklin as Fire Department Captain and Dawn View as Fire Department Lieutenant. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Ditching Bucket for Excavator: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to order a Ditching Bucket for the Excavator – not to exceed_ $1735.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Committee-Department Reports: Fire Department will be hosting a pop up sprinkler on Monday, June 23rd, 2025 due to the excessive heat predicted. Historical spoke of their program.
