Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve the Agenda as presented with changes-add 13c) Park Sign approval. All ayes. Motion carried.
Public Comment: none.
Board Comments: Lewis commented that the dock at Loon Lake is completed.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to approve the Minutes from March 19th, 2025. All ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Final 2024 Budget approval: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to approve the final 2024 year budget. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Tire Grant: Lewis has applied.
Fudiciary on the MHEF Grant application for IET design: Roma and Sue have volunteered to take on being the Fudiciary for the MHEF Grant application for IET.
Truck Sale approval: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to award the sale of the truck to Matt Cholger in the amount of $14,521.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Complete the purchase of Electric Jaws set $16,529.00: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to complete the other half of the purchase for the Electric Jaws for the Fire Department for $16,529.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Purchase 8 new streetlight tops for the front circle drive for $3527.00:
Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to purchases 8 new streetlight caps for the front circle drive for $3527.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

2025 Road Work approval: Motion by Kocher supported by Bassi to approve the 2025 road work in the amount of $245,563.51-see attached. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Purchase of Excavator: Motion by Lewis supported by Morel to purchase a new E35 Bobcat $52,991.00 using the same spread per truck purchase excluding fire department.

Autism Communication Board: Reilly said Nicole Trevarrow is interested in putting a Communication board for Austism in our Township Park. She will get us a little more info and we will get together and discuss the details.
Committee-Department Reports: Historical spoke about their programs. Fire Department has a few doing fire classes. Planning Commission is interested in laptops or ipads. Lewis said get more info.
