Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly 6 guests

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to approve Agenda as presented. All ayes. Motion carried.

Public Comment: none

Board Comments: Bassi commented that there is a new renter going into the old Salon and also in the Salon Nail Room. Lewis gave a BOR update and he is also applying for another tire grant.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to accept the minutes from Regular meeting on February 19th, 2025 with the following changes- under Holiday schedule the Holiday approval Ayes should have been Kocher, Lewis and Reilly and Nayes should have been Bassi and Morel not all ayes. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Close 2025-2026 Budget Hearing: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to close Budget Hearing at 6:38 pm

Adopt General Appropriations Act for 2025-2026 Budget: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to adopt the General Appropriations Act for the 2025-2026 Budget. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

2025 Road Work: Lewis presented the Board with a list of Roadwork to be looked at for the 2025-2026 Years.

Township Truck Update: Lewis received notice the new Township Truck is done and will be delivered soon.

2025 Wages: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to take Waste Site Attendants wages up to 13.50 per hour. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Alley Abandonment in Londo Lake Sub: Township is looking into abandoning an alley in the Londo Lake Sub.

Fireworks Contract: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to approve the contract with Wolverine Fireworks in the amount of 11,000.00- same as last year. The date of the fireworks will be Saturday July 5th with a rain date of Sunday July 6th. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Parade Resolution: Motion by Reilly supported by Morel approve the Resolution for the Clerk to apply for a 2025 MDOT annual parade permit. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Westside Painting Change Request: Motion by Bassi supported by Kocher to pay Westside Body Shop the additional amount of $4339.74 that is over the approved amount of $8988.00 for the ambulance rig decals. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Earned Sick Time Policy Change: Motion by Morel supported by Kocher to accept the Policy change for the Earned Sick Time. See attached. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Planning Commission Student Rep Stipend: not enough support.

Peters subdivision lot split request: Motion by Kocher supported by Reilly to accept Linda Peters lot split request. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Committee/Department Reports:
