5) NEMCOG proposal for the Zoning Ordinance and Master Plan updates.
6) Purchase of Fire Department Tanker in the amount of $427,662.00.
7) Private Road Maintenance Contract to Melinda Caverly for the years 2024-2026 in the amount of $72,600.00.
8) Establish the 2024 millage rates for the L-4029 at .7500.
9) Rob View resignation from MFR Captain and Fire Department
10) 2024 Special Assessments with amendments
