Waste Site Workshop Eagle Pointe Plaza

Meeting called to order at 5:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Guests 2.
Public Comments: 2 Residents commented.
Houthoofd started off meeting with suggestions to start checking cards at Waste Site to help with the cost.
Lewis explained we need to possibly raise Waste Site rates because the expenses are greater than the Assessment then we collect. It is also a possibility that we subside from General Fund.
The Board agreed to trying a checking cards approach first but possibly at least going from 63.00 to 66.00 which is possible without a new special assessment. It was also suggested to hire someone to randomly be at the waste site for card checks and help with the maintaining the clean-up and up keep at the site.
The idea of using the flashing sign before gates to inform people to have their cards ready.
Motion by Lewis to adjourn at 6:20 pm. All Ayes. Motion carried.
