Also a check approved in July for Wilson Trucking was listed on the bills to be paid as 325.00 and the amount was only 235.00. so just a typing error.
Waste Site Containers at Gazebo: Lewis is ordering new waste containers for gazebo.
Kokosing Shoulders Work complete-handicap sticker: Lewis said Kokosing Shoulder work is complete. He needs to order a handicap sticker for that road.
Gypsy Moth Update: Lewis let them know we are still on for a survey in the fall.
EPP Driveway and Parking lot seal: Lewis is sending out for bids and Hale Schools will split cost with the township.
Final Budget Amendment Report : Motion by Allen supported by Reilly to approve Final Budget Amendment Report for 2021-2021. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays none. Motion carried.
Sagamore Circle Abandonment: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Bassi to Relinquish the jurisdiction of Sagamore Circle. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays none. Motion carried.
Remove Timber Trail parcel number from Big Island Weed Assesment. Motion by Bassi supported by Bassi to remove Timber Trail Parcel Number 073-W10-000-038-000 from the Big Island Weed Assessment Roll. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays none. Motion carried.
Poverty Exemption Asset Test Revision: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to approve the Poverty Exemption Asset Test Revision.

Committee-Dept Reports: Long Lake Board will be meeting to discuss and figure out their finances. Planning Commission still working on Sign Ordinance. Reilly will look into a badge machine to identify Township Boards as they are out and about. Houthoofd noted that the Census was down drastically. Building Dept will be seeing an ISO Audit sometime in September.
