Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 6:30 pm., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to accept the agenda as presented. All ayes. Motion carried.

Public Comment: Two people spoke

Board Comments: Lewis reminded the board that the County will be holding their Master Plan meeting here at Eagle Pointe on October 29th from 4-7. The state new budget with no sales tax on gasoline will affect our Revenue Sharing.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Kocher to accept the minutes from September 17th, 2025. All ayes. Motion carried.

Land Division Seminar info: Lewis attended a seminar on Land Division. He is working on a Land Division Ordinance for a later date.

Garden Club Gazebo Update: The Garden Club is working on a fundraiser.

Resolution to adopt Iosco County Hazard Mitigation Plan: Motion by Lewis supported by Kocher to adopt the Iosco County Hazard Mitigation Plan. Roll call vote: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried .

Approve adding Melissa Beebe to Bank Accounts as Deputy Treasurer. Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to add Melissa Beebe to Bank Accounts as Deputy Treasurer.

Approve Door and Siding for Cemetery Excavator Shed: Motion by Bassi supported by Morel to purchase Siding in the amount of $1250.00 and Door in the amount of $1317.00 from Home Depot for the Escavator Shed. Roll call vote: Bassi, Kocher, Lewis, Morel and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried .

Committee-Department Reports: Historical is working on layout of Museum for their new site. Fire Department got a truck update.
