Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly 7 Guests
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to accept the Agenda as presented. All ayes: Motion carried.
Public Comments: Mike Lesich from Long Lake Property Owners Association spoke.
Board Comments: Reilly commented that the Twp is planning a Christmas Party for the Community on December 14th at the firehall from 5-7.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Allen to approve minutes from Regular Meeting September18, 2024 and Special Meeting Big Island Lake SAD on September 18th, 2024
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion

Committee and Department Reports: Historical Museum is going to be open only on Tuesdays for the winter. Fire Department has a Safety Day on October 19th. Building Department is at 428 Permits for 2024 so far.
The Board would like to thank Dianne Allen and Roger Houthoofd for their years as serving as Trustees!!!!
