Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly Guests: 1

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to approve Agenda as presented with addition of New Business a) New Fitness Room Equipment.

2024-2025 Public Budget Meeting:
Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to open Public Hearing at 9:02 am.

Public Comments: 1 person spoke
Board Comments: Lewis explained we are setting at 1 mill today and will set the amount that the Board decides at the September Meeting and if it is different than the 1 a budget adjustment will be done.

Close Public Hearing at 9:07 am.

Adopt General Appropriations Act: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to approve General Appropriations Act for 2024-2025 Budget. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Budget Adopted.

Final Budget Report for 2023-2024: Presented by Lewis

Fitness Room Equipment purchase and Budget Amendment to do so: Motion by Lewis supported by Houthoofd to purchase 2 new Tread Mills and possibly an Eliptical from Proxmania and approve Budget Amendment to do so. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Waste Site Gate: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve the purchase of the Waste Site gate as presented with the Ground Plans not to exceed 30,000.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Waste Site Roll Corrections: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to do an $85 refund on parcel #072-018-200-004-00 and then add Waste Site Card to parcel # 072-016-100-016-00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Road Contracts: Lewis proposed the following road work to the board.

He said we could eliminate the last two Maggys Bay and Wickert Road and save for later date. Also we need to do seal coating at Resource Center and Eagle Pointe which would be split with School. Lewis also talked about the Esmond Rd side of the school where there is Parking used by Methodist Church could be put back into green space. Board thinks they would like to keep it the way it is.

Motion by Bassi to adjourn at 10:01 am. All ayes. Motion carried.
