Meeting was called to order at 5:oo pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly 0 Guests
Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to hire Charlton Robichaud as the new Waste Site attendant. He will be starting with a 90 day probation which after that he will be eligible for Health Benefits. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Starting January 1st the new hours at the Waste Site will be as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday-9-4
Sunday 9-2
The Waste attendant will have the following Holidays off with holiday pay:
Easter Sunday, Fourth of July, New Years Day and Christmas Day.
Lewis will be editing the Personnel Handbook to reflect some Waste Site attendant duties and Holidays.
Motion to adjourn at 5:50 All ayes. Motion carried.
