Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to accept Agenda with additions. Under new business-Fire Insurance Withholding Program. Changing the Agenda so that Public Meeting for MNRTF Grant is before Budget Hearing. All ayes. Motion carried.
MNRTF Grant: Open Public Meeting for Park Development MNRTF Grant Submittal at 6:35 pm.

Adopt MNRTF Grant Submittal Resolution: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to adopt MNRTF Grant. Roll call vote: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
