Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Allen, Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Absent: Houthoofd Guests: 14

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve the Agenda with the following additions: Under Info/Discussion items add a) County Millage discussion and move Tree Grant to b) and Waste Site Entrance prices to c). Under New Business add c) Fair Booth and d) Window Quotes. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Public Comment: none

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve the Minutes from Regular Meeting May 18th, 2022 with one amendment. Under Old Business add new flooring under Fitness Room Upgrades. All Ayes: Motion carried.

Financial Report: Presented by Bassi

Presentation of Bills: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Houthoofd, absent. Nays none. Motion carried.

County Millage: Iosco County representatives talked about the Millage for the County that will be on the ballot in August.

Consumer Tree Grant: Janet Baker would like to see us use his grant to replace the trees that are damaged by planting them next to the damaged ones until they die. Board is in agreement on this.

Waste Site Entrance repair: Lewis would like to get estimates on the Waste Site Entrance that needs to be repaired. Board is in favor of this.

Window Pricing: Bassi received quotes from 2 places on windows. Lewis would like to get a quote from 3rd place for windows and installation.

Road work for 2022-2023:
Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to approve the following roadwork. Roll call vote: Ayes: Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Houthoofd, absent. Nays: Allen. Motion carried.
RAP on West/Lake Drive-$24,414.78
Aggregate Base on Various Roads-$47,582.15
Towerline Rd-North of Shellenbarger 0.5 miles-$107,646.00

New Fire Department Officers: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to appoint the following New Officers to Plainfield Township Fire Department.
Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Houthoofd, absent. Nays none. Motion carried.

Fire Department Stipend Recommendations: Motion by Reilly supported by Lewis to approve the following new Stipends for the Plainfield Township Fire Department. Roll call vote: Ayes Allen, Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Houthoofd, absent. Nays none. Motion carried.

Lieutenant- $360.00

Approve Scratched Truck Repair: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve the repairs to a Residents Truck in the amount of $1660.73. Damaged occurred at Waste Site when the dogs jumped on his truck. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Lewis and Reilly. Houthoofd, absent. Nays none. Motion carried.

Dogs at Waste Site: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to ban the Attendents dogs from the Waste Site due to damage on Residents truck. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi and Reilly. Houthoofd absent. Nays: Lewis. Motion carried.

July BOR: Set for July 19th, 2022 11- noon.

Committee Department Reports:
Planning Commission: W Londo Lake would like a Pavilion at their park. Board would like specs and we will bring back next meeting.
Parks and Rec would like to get a few projects started which we will discuss.

Board Comments: Thanks to Nathan Hall for his cleanup that he did for National Honor Society Community Service.
