Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 6:30 followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported Allen to approve the Agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to accept Minutes from April 20th, 2022. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi.
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to accept and pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.

Consumers Tree Grant Program-Janet Baker: Lewis will put in for this Grant.
2022-2023 Road Work: Letter Sent to Road Commission to approve road work in Plainfield Township.
Approve Holidays for 2022-2023: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to approve the following Holiday dates for 2022-2023. (See attached).
Approve Annual Parade Resolution for MDOT: Motion by Reilly supported by Lewis to approve Parade Resolution for 2022. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Approve 2 800MHZ Radios for the Fire Department: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve the purchase of 2 Radios for the Plainfield Township Fire Department in the amount of $2963.40. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Resignation of Fire Chief Bradley: Motion by Reilly support by Lewis to accept the resingnation of Steve Bradley as FD Chief. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Appointment of New Fire Chief: Motion by Bassi supported by Houthoofd to appoint Ed Lauria as new Plainfield Township Fire Chief. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Discuss Fire Department Stipend Recommendations: Tabled until next meeting.
Fitness Room Flooring and Equipment: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to purchase new flooring a two pieces of equipment for the Fitness Room. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Engage Twp Attorney to pursue legal action for Building on Leased Land Deliq taxes: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Reilly to Contact Twp Attorney to pursue legal action for Building on Leased Land Deliq taxes. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Approve Holzer Electric bill: Motion by Reilly supported by Bassi to approve Holzer Electric North M-65 Sewer Panel and Pump Upgrades for $41350.00 and Esmond Rd sewer Panel and Pump Upgrades for $$18575.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
Approve Roof Repairs: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve the replacement of the Resource Center Roof over the big hall in the amount of $62371.00. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.
