Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to accept the Agenda with the addition of Approval of the School Summer Tax Collection Contract to Old Business 1). All Ayes. Motion carried.
Public Comment: None
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Bassi to accept the Minutes from Regular Meeting November 17th, 2021. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Financial Report: Presented by Bassi
Budget Report: Presented by Lewis.
Presentation of Bills: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to pay the bills as presented. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly, Nays: none. Motion carried.

School Summer Tax Collection Contract: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve the School Summer Tax Collection Contract. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly, Nays: none. Motion carried.
Fire Department Thermal Imager Purchase: Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to purchase 5 handheld thermal imager with charger for $2735.00. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly, Nays: none. Motion carried.
Committee/Dept Reports:
Planning Committee is working on the sign issue and would like to change from a Zoning issue to a Police Power Ordinance. Board said to make changes and bring back to board. They are also working on a trail from school crossing to Eagle Pointe Plaza after the possibility of acquiring the land to do so from the school.
Board Comments: Resignations of Todd Herzog and Sheryl Szafran. Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to accept the resignation of Todd Herzog from Board of Review and Sheryl Szafran from Planning Commission. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly, Nays: none. Motion carried.
Bassi would like to see replacement of windows in the West Wing. She also would like to order mats for under the weight equipment.
