Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis at 6:30 pm followed by the Pledge Of Allegiance.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. 3 Guests
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Reilly to accept Agenda as presented with the following changes. Under Information/Discussion Items #4 Budget Amendment and #5 County Airport Appropriation. All Ayes. Motion carried.
Public Comment: Jim Mortimer commented on Snow Removal this winter on his road, Oconnor Dr.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Bassi to accept the minutes from Regular Meeting on October 20th, 2021 and Special Meeting October 22, 2021. Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Entrance Canopy Update: Canopy is up at main entrance and we will see how it works for the winter.
EPP Wall Additions Update: Walls are up and doors are being put in next week.
ORV Pamphlet order and Township Sharing: Lewis asked Board if they would be interested in sharing the cost of and ORV Pamphlet to distribute in the county. Lewis will be taking care of this.
Change in Budget Year: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to have our Budget Year changed from April 1st to March 30. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. County Airport Appropriation: The Board discussed and chose not to participate.
Lakeside Lights SAD for 2021: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to eliminate the Lakeside Lights SAD for 2021 in the amount of $1500.00. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Vacate Resolutions for Sagamore Circle and Woodbine: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve the Resolution vacating streets within Sagamore Circle and the Resolution vacating portion of Woodbine Street. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Budget Amendments : Motion by Houthoofd supported by Reilly to accept Budget Amendments for ARPA Funds, Weed Districts, Private Roads, etc. . Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
