Plainfield Township Historical Commission Minutes Meeting called to order at: 5;30 pm by Gene Nash Attendees: Gene Nash, Diane Blevins, Bernie Nuttall, Rona Dane Sullivan, Kim Kocher, Amy Albert’s, Jim Kesler Introductions:
Motion to approve agenda: Motion by Amy, Second by Rona; passed Motion to approve minutes from: June 15th amended Motion by Amy Second by Gene. Camp Maqua temporary display was also added Treasurer report: .Amy; July starts a new budget of $5,600
Motion to approve bills: No bills to pay Curator’s report: Added a Seabees display to the military display, have added displays in the hallway glass cases,
Old Business: Bylaw changes will be given to board at next meeting .List of members also given to board at this time
New Business: Updating the trifold .Discussion on content; motion by Bernie to print up to 150 trifold. Seconded by Amy discussion o conducting interviews no decision made. Books for sale were added to the trifold. Voted to send list of officers to the township board.; Gene Nash Chairman, Rona Dane Sullivan ,ViceChairman ,James Kesler Secretary. Bernie Nuttal , Curator, Amy Albert’s Treasurer. Motion by Gene to vote on new officer, Amy seconded and was passed. Vote passed.
