Assessors Contract: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Allen to terminate Tammy Fall’s assessing contract with a 90 day payout. : Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
New Assessing Conract: Motion by Bassi supported by Allen to approve Berg Assessing and Consulting with the terms and conditions spelled out in 2021 Contract effective 05/19/2021. : Roll call vote: Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Budget Amendment: Motion by Reilly supported by Lewis to amend the Budget as follows :
