Minutes of Plainfield Township Planning Commission
Regular meeting October 14, 2020
Called to order by Chair Olmstead at 6:55p.m.
Pledge of allegiance was said by all present.
Roll Call:
a. Present: Toth, Johnson, Olmstead, Houthoofd, Ready, Alward, Szafran, McDonell
b. Absent: None
c. Note: Lewis is attending as guest. Number of Zoning Board membersApproval of Agenda: Motion by Houthoofd, seconded by Toth to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried by voice, all ayes.
Approval of Minutes: Motion by Alward, seconded by Toth to approve the August 12, 2020 minutes. Motion carried by voice, all ayes.
Report from Township Board: Houthoofd reported that no funding for Gypsy moth, county parks and rec and bike path
Report from ZBA: Toth reported that they have not had a meeting
New Business: None
Old Business:
a. Sign Committee presentation: copies of revised ordinance presented to all members to review. Discussion will continue at November meeting
b. Road Right of Way presentation: Lewis presented information on where to determine road right of way and easements.Public views and comments:
