Special Meeting Plainfield Township Board Eagle Pointe Plaza

Meeting was called to order by Supervisor Lewis via zoom.
Present: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly
Public Comments: none
Motion by Bassi supported by Lewis to accept Meiers Glass Service Bid of $10,184.84 for both sets of front doors, pending the building code is met also approving the bid for the door back behind On Pointe Salon for $3888.81.
Motion by Lewis supported by Bassi to remove the following two parcels from the Gypsy Moth SAD due to the fact they had 0 value and should not have been printed. Parcel # 072-023-300-004-00 and 073-H10-001-010-00. All ayes. Motion carried.
Motion by Lewis to adjourn at 12:04 pm. All Ayes. Motion carried.
