Meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion by Allen supported by Bassi to accept the agenda as presented. All Ayes. Motion carried.

Approval of Minutes: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Bassi to approve the minutes from June 17th, 2020 with the following changes:

Budget Amendment: Motion by Reilly supported by Houthoofd to accept the Resolution to Amend the Budget as follows: 845-000-696 Fund Balance Long Lake increase from $9064.00 to $10,064.00 and 845-299-941 Permits Long Lake increase from $515.00 to $1515.00. Roll call vote : Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.

Grant Township Fire Protection Contract: Motion by Houthoofd supported by Reilly to approve Fire Protection Contract for Grant Township at $17220.00. . Roll call vote : Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Goodar Township Fire Protection Contract: Motion by Allen supported. by Reilly to approve Fire Protection Contract for Goodar Townshp at $8000.00.

Fair Booth Rental: Motion by Allen supported by Houthoofd to agree to pay $500.00 to Iosco County Agricultural Society for rental space for the 2020 Fair. Roll call vote : Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
Firework Payment Approval and Budget Adjustment: Motion by Lewis supported by Allen to approve an additional $5000.00 to Wolverine Fireworks for their payment and also make a budget adjustment to reflect this payment. Roll call vote : Ayes: Allen, Bassi, Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly. Nays: none. Motion carried.
PTFD Safety Officer: Motion by Bassi supported by Reilly to approve Justin Short as PTFD Safety Officer at $25.00 per month.
