Special Meeting

December 2nd, 2019

Eagle Pointe Plaza

Meeting was called to order at 8:50 am by Supervisor Lewis followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. 

Present:  Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly        Absent:  Allen and Bassi      Guests:  none

Replacement of the entry doors and Resource Center:  Motion by S Reilly supported by Houthoofd to accept Myers Glass estimate for the entry doors at the Resource Center and the replacement of the side entry door also.   Roll call vote:  Ayes:  Houthoofd, Lewis and Reilly.  Absent:  Allen and Bassi.  Nays: none.

Motion by Reilly to adjourn at 8:00 am.  All Ayes.  Absent: Allen and Bassi.  Motion carried.
